Explanation about credit card payment /クレジットカード決済に関するご説明

When applying for credit card payment, please select the credit card agency of your choice.The credit card number input screen of each credit card agency uses the VeriSign Inc. system and is transmitted with a high level of encryption, so it is protected by SSL, and since it is transmitted in encrypted form, the information will not be leaked to third parties.

Acceptable card brands and conditions vary depending on the credit agency.

  • Telecom Credit Corporation
    • Only credit cards issued in Japan are accepted.
    • VISA, MASTER, JCB and their co-branded cards are accepted.
    • The statement display name will appear as “GRAPHIS”.

  • CREDIX, Inc.
    • Credit cards issued in Japan and abroad are accepted.
    • VISA, MASTER, JCB, etc. and their affiliated cards (*Cards other than JCB may cause settlement errors at present).
    • The statement display name will show “CREDIX”.

Flat-rate service with credit card payment

  • In the case of credit card payment, the subscription will be automatically continued when the term expires. If you do not wish to continue, please go to “My Page” to stop automatic credit card debit for subscription service.
  • *Please make sure to stop the service by the day before the deadline (Japan time).
  • If you wish to change the settlement agent, please process the request to stop the automatic debit of the subscription service credit so that it will not continue. If the expiration date remains, you will not be able to make a payment immediately. After the expiration of the subscription service, please log in again and apply for the subscription service from My Page. At that time, please select your preferred settlement agent and apply for the subscription service.
  • *Please note that if you do not reapply for the subscription service within 5 days after the expiration date, your user rank (number of times you have continued to use the service) will be reset.
